-If a time lock is inspected and found to need parts, and parts are available, we will add $25 to the price of the Service, Clean & Calibration to cover up to three replacement parts. This does not cover the escapement, if it needs replaced.
-We do NOT offer service for electronic movements at this time.
- If your movement is non-repairable we offer several different replacement options. We have NEW and USED movements for your convenience.
Warranty- All serviced movements and parts carry a 90 day warranty from date of service. For a movement to be covered under the warranty you MUST provide the original invoice number.
How to send movements in for service or repair- Please CAREFULLY package your movement with bubble wrap, so it will not be damaged during shipping, and mail to the address provided below.
